Positive: What a hidden gem in the Seychelles! An island with just 30 villas and a few private residences. The level of service was extraordinary, thanks to our private butler, Leticia — a lovely and extremely helpful young lady. Our hideaway, Villa No. 2, was perfectly located, with a private pool overlooking both the ocean and the jungle dotted with granite boulders. The service and cleanliness were truly out of this world. It’s very expensive, but this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience — a taste of luxury beyond imagination. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and beautifully presented. Wines and drinks are pricey, but if you come here, that’s part of the experience. All the staff were excellent, but I’d like to highlight the outstanding service from Yazan (from Nepal) — truly exceptional. Tips: Take the trekking path to Secret Beach. Watch the sunset from the hill behind Villa No. 2. For the transfer to Mahé, opt for the helicopter. It's not cheap, but absolutely worth every penny.
Negative: I wish we could have stayed longer......

Positive: Certainly the privileged position, as the resort is located on a private island completely dedicated to it. Breathtaking view and furnishings integrated with the nature of the place, classic of the six senses. Certainly what made our stay a “charm” was Daniel, a golden boy who does 90% of the work of all the others. If he didn’t exist, they would have to invent him.
Negative: There was a big problem during the booking and the whole organization of the trip via email. So much so that Justin cancelled our booking from booking website . I called and they told me not to worry but in the meantime the booking was cancelled... so the reception staff was absolutely poor. I extended my stay, for this reason I only have a 2 day booking but I stayed a week in total.

Positive: It was absolutely beautiful and from a chilled point of view we could not have chosen better. Room was perfect .. until the 10 yachts parked outside it gave us not so much privacy especially on the last day when we were showering! It was ok but if we had stayed longer this would have begun to annoy me!
Negative: Just gentle feedback.. 1. Service at the restaurant was to slow.. sometimes only x2 staff on and long wait between starters and mains. Last day at breakfast my daughter had to ask twice for her iced coffee, had to remind the staff about our oj and water, then when they bought only one of each when we requested two we had a little bit of attitude from the staff member 2. Evening meal the day after the seafood bbq was a mistake .. I made a mistake to order lobster starter and main .. couldn’t finish either covered in to much sauce and the lobster I felt was left over from the night before. Grace had fish which was delicious!

Positive: The villa is very well maintained and well equipped with a stunning view. The marine life is also very well preserved. Staff is the best part of the stay. We came with our 1.6 yo baby and he had a wonderful time.
Negative: The most common way to reach here is the helicopter. I find that quite restricted in terms of choices. However we also enjoy the helicopter ride.
