Negative: The door code box was temperamental. Sometimes took 2-3x to lock behind or to reenter. Could be user error? There were instructions for unlocking but nothing about having to manually relock after leaving

Positive: Since we arrived late at night in the snow, we had no idea where to go. We had to call to get directions and instructions on how to get in. She was very helpful and we got in.
Negative: It smelled of animals, there was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans which were running.... There were no bottles of water, we arrived late and it isn't near a store to get any supplies/food.
