3 Bedroom Condo in Sun Peaks

Welcome to Burfield West! This is a new, spacious and contemporary 3 bed, 2 bath condo with grandiose 13 ft ceilings. Enjoy ski in, ski out access from Burfield Chair Lift. This is the longest chairlift in Sun Peaks Ski Resort which is situated directly across the road. Walk out onto your own private deck and immerse yourself amongst nature, soaking in the tranquil sounds of Heffley Creek while relaxing in your very own 3-4 person hot tub.
ABOUT THE SPACE
Modern kitchen (appliances, cookware and bakeware) with basics provided (olive oil, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, salt, pepper).
Cozy fireplace
Linen for hot tub, kitchen and shower.
Extra blankets in each closet.
High chair in front linen closet.
Blow dryers in both bathrooms.
Dishwasher. Washer and dryer with detergent supplied.
Unlimited wifi and smart TV with Netflix access in living room.
Heated underground parking for two cars and secure ski/bike storage available on site.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is a smart lock on the front door. You will be given an access code prior to arrival that will expire on check out.
Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly but please note that we have had our German shepherd there on occasion. Enhanced cleaning is utilized after every stay, but if you have dog or animal allergies, please take this into consideration prior to booking. We will not be held accountable for any allergies that may affect your stay.
Our neighbors live year round in Burfield West, so please be respectful of them and adhere to the house, strata and municipal bylaws. These have been laid out in the welcome booklet.
We are available 24/7 for any questions or queries you may have, however if we can not be contacted between 10-7am with matters that require urgent assistance, Slopeside Property Management (Lori / Kurtis) can be contacted so that the request can be addressed ASAP.
Access to the village is a 2 min drive or is accessible on the valley trail with a short 15min walk. The valley trail provides direct access to Sun Peaks Golf Course and hiking / snow shoe trails.
Burfield West is located directly across the road from the Burfield Chair Lift, and the back side of the mountain allows for direct ski in access back to the complex.
The complex is also situated directly behind Heffley Creek, which is viewable from your private balcony.
Ohana Deli & Market and Sun Peaks Pharmacy is a 2 min walk from Burfield West, and the main city centre is a 15 min walk from the valley trails or a 2 min drive by car.

Summary: We really enjoyed the location (did the Burfield Chair - Back in Time circuit everyday). Host communicates without delay. The unit is well laid out and maintained, and very comfortable overall (small thing: the barstools are slightly mismatched to counter height). Would recommend highly.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was super clean, beds are comfy, view from the living room and hot tub is beautiful, and there are plenty of towels, dishes, blankets, etc. We especially appreciated the boot and glove dryer, which I’ve come to think of as essential when skiing multiple days in a row. We didn’t mind being away from the village, because after a long day of skiing, all we wanted to do was get in the hot tub and then our pajamas. There’s a great market nearby (Ohana Deli & Market) with a variety of delicious take and bake items, which made dinners easy. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Perfect for our guys trip. Walk across street to Burfield chairlift. Recommend skiing back on Burfield side (Munro Ridge) rather than Morrisey side (too much flat terrain). Unload in front of building before you park in lower level. Unit is very close to the front door so very convenient. Host was great at answering questions quickly. Sunpeaks was terrific!

Summary: The owners communicated immediately to answer any concerns we had. The beds in the condo were very comfortable. The property is ski in/out but not in the village; however a free shuttle is available. Having Netflix was a bonus.

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed here for a few nights. It was spacious and comfortable and provided everything we needed. We were there to ski and found the Burfield chair perfect access to the Crystal area for morning skiing. We packed our lunches with us as this isn’t an area you can quickly access for lunch. The hot tub was much enjoyed at the end of the day. We didn’t mind being outside the village as it felt secluded and private. We had a great time!

Summary: Brad is a very responsive host. Everytime I emailed he responded within 5 minutes. Unit was beautifully decorated. The mattresses were very comfortable. We were a group of 8 and felt comfortable. It was lovely to sit in the hot tub and look out onto the snow at the end of the ski day.
