Ski in to your private hot tub and ski out to your choice of two lifts, the Orient or Morrisey lifts! This ground floor, stairs-free Stone's Throw condo is truly ski-in/ski-out. Once you've returned from activities on the mountain, enjoy the gas fireplace, TV & games, heated tile flooring in the kitchen & bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a convenient loading space just outside the condo where you can unloadyour gear, then park your carin thefree, heated underground parking spot for your stay. You'll be able to explore Sun Peaks by foot, bike or ski from the condo, including the pedestrian village filled with shops, cafes and restaurants.
A family friendly, 960sq ft unit, you'll find extras such as board games, books, a high chair and outlet covers to keep your children entertained and safe.
Other amenities include a gas BBQ, washer & dryer, Roku device allowing guests to watch their own streaming services such as Netflix, and secure WiFi. To make coffee, there is a drip coffee maker (paper filters provided), Tassimo machine, coffee grinder and a French press. Coffee is not included but can be purchased at the Bluebird Market in the Sun Peaks village.
As avid bikers, we provide a few extras for our biking guests including chain lube, Allen key and three out-of-the-way bike mounts permitting secure storage of your bike(s) inside the condo's entryway.
In the summer, your view from the hot tub overlooks the 16th hole of BC's highest elevation golf course.
A pet-friendly unit (dogs only), up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. A $50 pet fee applies when staying with your dog(s). We can provide recommendations for a dog walker, favorite patios to visit with your dog and other pet services.
The village is a 10-15 minute walk through the valley trails. In the summer, the Sunburst chairlift provides access to downhill mountain biking trails and alpine hiking from the village. Winter access to the cross country ski & snowshoe trails is across the street from Stones Throw, from parking lot 5 (P5), along with a toboggan hill for your family to enjoy! Nordic ski equipment can be rented across the street at the Nordic Centre. During the summer, you can also access the Morrissey cross country bike trails from P5. An in-resort shuttle service runs during the winter and includes a stop near Stone's Throw.
