This beautiful 3 bedroom , 2 bath and family room home sits on 45 acres.
A quick drive, 15 minutes to Sebago lake marina and beach. Tranquil Peabody Pond with boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Shawnee Peak for winter sports is 20 minutes away. Bridgton Center and Portland are also near.
The living, dining area and kitchen are open concept with lovely wood walls and tiled floors. Dining opens to slider to backyard with a tent gazebo and fire pit. 3 Kayaks and fishing rods to use too.
The home has custom granite and tiled bathrooms. Master bedroom with lovely custom wooden cathedral ceiling and skylight to watch the stars at night. Two bedrooms each with bunk beds and pull out sofa beds easily sleeps 3. Upstairs bathroom has a jetted tub/shower. Family room with en suite bathroom with a custom built enclosed spa shower . It also has a pull out full size sofa, 60 inch Smart TV and cable and WiFi. Laundry room with washer/ Dryer, drying rack and iron/ board.

Summary: Everything was exactly as described. Surprisingly very clean since the owners allowed us to stay with 3 dogs. I was expecting the usual messiness that accompanies accommodations that permit pets but found none. The area is very quiet. The home was supplied with everything we could have wanted.

Summary: My son and I stayed here for a wedding. Once he figured out the cable/tv situation it was a very relaxing stay. A beautiful area of Maine and lakes - the house was spacious and comfortable.

Summary: The property was really nicely laid out, had renovated bathrooms, and was larger than I was expecting. Everything was clean and well functioning throughout. Close to water and trails for getting outdoors; lovely fire pit in the back for staying close to home. Everyone in the family really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Nick was a great host. the cabin was stocked with everything that you need. the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, storage bags etc which made having picnics easy with the family. ceiling fans were a plus during the summer. it was also great to have laundry onsite. the pond (which was the size of lake) was very close. and lake sebago was quite a surprise at how big and clean it was (reminded me of lake tahoe). would definitely stay here again

Summary: Roomy home for a comfortable experience. Nice location - close enough to activities to get there quickly but far enough away to feel like a retreat. Home clearly updated & nice. If a dishwasher is important, it doesn’t have one. We would definitely stay here again.
