Negative: The expectation on the list of cleaning required to be done by the guests after your stay. When you book accommodation for a night you don’t expect to have to be the cleaner before departing. Photo of some of the expectations attached (there were more pages). We did all the cleaning as required to avoid the risk of additional charges but it took the enjoyment out of staying the night.
