Positive: Room: Spacious, but very basic, room. Soap, shampoo and towels as well as toilet paper were provided. There is no elevator. The host does carry your luggage upstairs. Location: This, probably a family run business, is located close to the MRT (Sutthisan, exit 2 or 3), in a small street. You’ll find some 7-elevens as well as a KFC in the neighbourhood.

Negative: Maybe I had bad luck, but during my short stay I had 2 nights of very loud in house screaming / argumenten among different people during the late evening / night.

Positive: Good location, 750m walk to MRT Suthisan, easy to find food around hotel. The reception guy is nice and speak English

Negative: But the hotel is too old. Although they try to keep it clean but it’s too old. The door, the bed, the shower…are almost broken. But they took me 1000baht for deposition. Can’t accept that! The reception man is nice. But his boss ( I’m not sure) is not nice. They asked my phone number, I said I can’t remember my Thai phone number and my phone was out of battery. But I tried to get my phone number from my message with my father in his phone. But this is easy to solve : they can wait me charge my phone. But they said they don’t need phone number any more and then they asked for 1000baht deposit. I asked deposit for what ? They said : the key card and other things… I said as my opinion the deposition should be around 200baht ( some hotel they ask 200baht for keycard ), 1000baht is too much and no one happy with that but they didn’t accept. Then the room is too old and everything can be broken. Anyway it’s not a good room, I don’t recommend.

Positive: Very friendly staff, good value for money. I first got booked in one room but the AC was super loud there, when i requested a different room they immediately gave me a new room which was much more quiet.

Negative: The beds in both rooms were sadly terrible. In the first room it was an extremely hard bed that wasnt even a mattress, it was more like a mat, and very uncomfortable pillows. The second room had actual mattresses but i could feel the springs coming through and the edges of the bed was super hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. I told all of this to the owner and he seemed to know the issue so i hope he is working on replacing it soon.

Summary: Recommend and good value for your money, but be aware of uncomfortable beds
