Positive: The room is spacious, very new and clean with fast wifi! Very good and filling breakfast. The host is very kind and always willing to go extra mile to make you feel at home! 100% recommended, and we hope to go back next time we visit Mirissa! :)

Positive: The hosts were very kind and helpful. The accommodation was extremely cosy and clean - the best we had so far in Srí Lanka. If we had more time in Mirissa, we would definitely stay there for longer. The breakfast was simply perfect. They also prepared a tasting of traditional dishes for us to try.
Negative: Nothing comes to my mind.

Positive: A brand new property, very clean and spacious room. The hosts were doing everything for our comfortable stay in an unobtrusive way. A various sri lankan breakfast was served everyday at a convenient time. Wifi is fast, never had a single delay during zoom calls. Comfy bed and chairs. We also enjoyed the strong shower with constant hot water. The location is calm, 15 minutes walk to the main street and Cargills, 10 minutes to the beach.
Negative: Our room (the second) was facing the entrance of the property with a huge glass wall, so it felt not really private with open curtains. Can be easily fixed by adding daylight curtains, which I hope the hosts will do soon. Btw we didn't have any issues with anyone looking into the room or so.
Summary: An absolute bargain for the given 30$/night!

Positive: This place is genuinely the best you’re going to find in the area. The value for money is unbeatable, everything feels brand-new, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The owners are incredibly kind and attentive — they truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. The included breakfast is far more than you could ever expect, and they’re always checking in to make sure you have everything you need. I work remotely, and the WiFi was exceptional every single day. If anything comes up, the owners fix it instantly and with a smile. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s a gem.
