We are brimming with excitement to announce that we have some remarkable and outstanding new house features that will soon be available to our guest: (1) On February 1st, 2024, a new swimming pool and spa will be completed. The pool is located in the garden and is connected to a sun deck which is perfect for socializing, entertainment and grilling. (2) March 1, 2024 is the estimated completion for an additional Queen-bedroom (5th bedroom) with ensuite bathroom to accommodate additional guests, boat captains or pilots.
This stunning hilltop home has breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Tilloo Cut Channel. Newly renovated and remodeled, Sky High is the perfect getaway for families looking for island living. Located in the quiet, residential community of Dorros Cove, just minutes from the world famous Tahiti Beach; where the entire family can enjoy a calm water swim or sip on cocktails from the floating restaurant and bar, Thirsty Cuda, anchored off the beach! A dock slip is included at the brand new, privately owned dock for a boat up to 35 feet. Hope Town settlement is about a 15 minute golf cart ride away, where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping and exploring the village.
Sky High features multiple decks where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor dining or just breathe in the ocean breeze. The house is made up of three levels. The top floor hosts the open plan kitchen, living and dining area that open out onto a large covered deck complete with dining and lounge furniture. The second level consists of the master en-suite bedroom (king), guest room (king) and bunk room (4 singles OR can be converted into 3 single bunks and 1 double bed), 2nd bathroom and private deck area. There is an additional bedroom (king) on the ground floor ( garage level) with ensuite with additional internal stairs from the upper floor bedrooms.
Sky High is a concierge property. Through our partnership with Saltbox, our guests will have access to services ranging from grocery/liquor provisioning to golf cart and boat rentals for an additional fee. Saltbox can also help organize private chefs, dinner reservations, and other services the island has to offer to create a customized itinerary for your stay. If you prefer to book services on your own, we will provide you with an Information packet upon booking with all the contacts you may need.
Sky High accommodates a maximum of eleven guests.
4 bedrooms (3 king rooms and a bunk room) with 3 bathrooms.
Private dock slip that can accommodate a boat up to 35 feet (13' width).
Central A/C throughout the home.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island that seats five.
Large decks with outdoor furniture and speakers.
WiFi available throughout the house.
Solar power with automatic back-up generator and connection to main power.
Occupancy is limited to 11 guests (excluding infants under 2). Please ask about stair gates, high chairs, travel cots, which may be available for use at the property. With prior notice and approval, dinner parties are allowed for a maximum of 15 guests. A mid-week 'tidy' will be provided for all rentals. For rentals over 7 nights, a changeout of linens and a light clean will be provided. Sorry, no discounts. This reservation may be subject to 10% VAT tax.
All cancellations and any request for changes to the reservation by the Renter (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made in advance of arrival. NO Refunds with the exception of special circumstances (example: Hurricane warning). We recommend that you purchase travel insurance offered by a third party through VRBO when booking your trip. Consideration by the Homeowner may be granted to the Renter for cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to your booking with proof of Covid/ serious illness less 10% handling fee and 90% refund, or within 6 weeks of booking and with proof of Covid/ serious illness less 10% handling fee, and 90% holiday credit for an alternative reservation to be used within 1 year. Once reservation is booked and paid for rates will not change.

Summary: Sky High was stunning, the accommodations and the house were perfect. Robbie who help us check inn, was so helpful. Summary: Our group enjoyed a fabulous week of fishing while staying at spectacular Sky High. The home is modern, spacious, exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds and linens are quite comfortable. Our fishermen were thrilled with the in-house ice machine and freezer box. They very much appreciated the power and water at the dock. We had a heavy thunderstorm one night and lost power, and the generator kicked in immediately. Most importantly, we have to thank Robbie, the Property Manager, for the excellent pre-arrival communications, doing our provisioning for us, and offering local spots to try. By all means, you MUST arrange for a rum cake and cinnamon roll delivery from Tiffany's Treats. She is a delight. Sky High is a short walk to Tahiti Beach and is a scenic golf cart ride into Hopetown. We are looking forward to visiting again! Thank you.

Summary: Absolutely Perfect. NO problems. NO issues. Everything brand new and WORKS! Generator and Solar Panels kept the house lit and cool for 3 days while power was out on the island.
