Positive: The view from the lodge was fabulous. That was the main reason for booking our stay and it didn't disappoint. It was a bonus to be able to sit out on the balcony with a coffee in the morning or leave the patio doors open in the early evening to still benefit from the view. The lodge was overall quite well laid out and spacious. It was useful having the two bathrooms. The furnishings were very comfortable and gave a homely feel. It was in a convenient area of the campsite and definitely had the best possible view and position. We had a really relaxing stay. The host was very helpful when we needed to make contact over an issue with the over bath shower.
Negative: There appeared to be a lack of a few kitchen items. There were only 2 teaspoons, no bread knife and just the one small knife suitable to cut vegetables. A casserole dish might have been useful, too. There were no oven gloves ( I had to use a thick teatowel, which I had taken with me when taking items out of the oven). I only mention these things as information and prior reviews suggest it is a well equipped kitchen. The above items, which I think are basics, were missing.

Negative: After emailing Kaf Properties with two issues on arrival, ( 1.toilet seat not fixed properly and 2. A constant flickering on TV . ) I recieved email stating issues had been reported. At 19:30 on our check in day, two men in security uniforms arrived. I pointed out both issues. They said they couldn't do anything about it right now, but someone would be out the next day and we didn't have to be in because they could gain entry without us being in. (Wife not happy about that, for obvious reasons) After seeing security person next day in the evening, he asked me if things were sorted. I replied, no. He reassured me it had been reported. On checking out four days later. These problems had not been sorted. Not very professional, and just a knock on effect for the next customers. Not a deal breaker at all. Best location on Primrose Valley by far. Regards Paul.

Positive: Location of the property was amazing! Especially having 2 small children. The view overlooking the bay was amazing! Going to miss waking up to the sunrise over the sea!

Positive: It was the first time we stayed here but it definitely won't be the last, my middle sister and myself took our 85 year old mother for a long weekend, she uses a wheelchair as she can't walk very far so the ramp leading up to the caravan was an immense help, the caravan was absolutely stunning, it was clean, spotless and so comfortable, it had everything you needed for an awesome stay, the panoramic views of the beach and cliffs from the decking were out of this world, the noise of the waves from the ocean was so relaxing and made you feel so calm and chilled, we loved every single minute of our stay, marks out of ten, definitely 20!!!!!! 👍❤💕❤👍
