Negative: Tried reaching out to the host by email, calls for 4 days prior to my arrival and was not able to get any answer. This added a lot of stress for a stay and for the price i paid, this level of service was very bad.

Positive: Amenities were great. The view was awesome. The lake was clean
Negative: There was no parking, the driver didn’t work and checking in was quite challenging since they asked me security deposit through PayPal that I don’t use. Sometimes they were t so responsive and they never answered the phone when I called them.

Positive: Spectacular was the appropriate word to describe this magnificent apartment. The views are stunning, there’s light in the apartment all day long and the location is great- close to stores for shopping and to Griffintown for leisure activities and the Atwater market. The subway( metro) is very close to the apartment as well and the apartment was clean and comfortable .Super easy check-in and check- out and great service from the management staff.
Negative: Can’t think of a thing!
Summary: Location, amenities, comfort, views, service were all unbeatable. Fantastic and highly recommended.

Negative: overall is a damp hotel with a damp room and unfortunately there are no windows at a higher level with a very old air conditioner and it only worked for a first day and AC stopped working after the first night and the room was so chocky and when we asked for fixing it or giving us the new room they said we are fully booked and they couldn't fix it either and ac was noisy as well.But to be honest, the room was clean overall, but old and dated equipment. The price of parking is 40 bucks per night, and the parking is valet, which takes more than 20 minutes if everything works properly (sometimes we waited for more than a hour)to access your car, and you should let them know in advance.
