Summary: I booked this place as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. The owner Lenny was very nice and willing to help me with trying to decorate the room before we arrived. He was very easy to communicate with and answered my messages and calls quickly. The views are amazing and the place is even better than the pictures show. For the price this place is a steal! I will definitely be booking again.

Summary: The 360 views were magnificent. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Loved using the pool table and watching the snow come down out the windows. Full breakfast offerings in the morning was delicious. Would stay here again.

Summary: First off, it's a two-story penthouse overlooking the falls. So it's great. I don't know the square footage, but the property is quite large. Would make a nice place to entertain a group of 20 for an evening if need be. The host Lenny is good communicator. Remember to tell the check in staff that you rented the penthouse via VRBO. Apparently, it's the only room in the building rented as such. Trying to check in by my name and or reservation number got me some confused bank stares from the hotel staff at first.

Summary: We had an amazing stay! The listing was so much better than we expected and we had a great time! The staff were all lovely and helpful. The views were phenomenal! The apartment was much bigger than we thought, or needed for this trip, but now we know where we will stay when we come back with the kids! Great location and a very walkable area. We rented a car, but for the immediate Niagara attractions we would have been okay without it!Definitely recommend this location!
