Positive: The location is great. Close to shops, restaurants, coffee and the river.Short walk to Brisbane Ferry service and riverwalk. Apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed.
Negative: TV was difficult to operate as there were two remotes( one didn't work) and the sound was of poor quality. WiFi was a bit iffy at times when streaming.
Summary: Would recommend this apartment for a short stay as it is well located, comfortable and affordable.

Negative: Key pickup location is difficult via car. Store worker wasn't that nice to work with (ie kept insisting i needed a secret code, which i didnt realise i had deep in one of the system emails)

Positive: The apartment is big, comfortable, lots of natural light and well furnished.
Negative: 1) We found very inconvenient the check in and check out process. During reservation we weren’t not advice that the key have to be collected and returned in another location (in a convenience store) which was no nearby the building. We have to take a taxi to this purpose, which is very inconvenient when you are carrying your luggage. Thankfully we didn’t have to take an early plane after check out. 2) WIFI didn’t work during our stay. The first day we managed to connect to a WiFi (but it seems it was a wrong one) after that we couldn’t connect to the WiFi during our 7 days stay something that haven’t happened to us before in an accommodation.
Summary: Nice apartment but very inconvenient Chech in & check out + WiFi didn’t work during our stay.

Positive: After realising that we were only booked into the accommodation for one night instead of two and messaging the whoever was looking after the facility, we had no reply regarding the mishap. We weren’t seasoned travellers and didnt know out way around Brisbane at all. We had trouble locating the building and figuring out how to actually get to and into the building garage. You should actually say in the description that you would need to travel to another location to collect the key. In torrential rain with Cyclone Alfred occurring it proved very difficult. Once getting the key, we then had to navigate the many obstacles to get to the car park and into the lift to which proved a nightmare in itself. Had we known that this was an AirBnB we would have thought against booking it as we were to arrive late. I think abit more care in your description and sequences of how to get to the apartment. To be honest it was like a treasure hunt and i not an experience i will be wanting to repeat. After figuring out that it was an airbnb, i would have thought you would have had more coffee options other than the machine. Not everyone likes those kind of machine coffees.
Summary: Having had stayed in other accommodation, airbnbs/ hotels/ motels i dint think it was worth what we paid especia

Negative: It is a very inconvenient procedure to receive keys, at a completely different address. If this had been known in advance, I would not have booked this property. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were also incorrectly drafted. The staff, when contacting them for a solution to access problems, said that they could not help in any way today - do whatever you want. The communication process itself is very long and inconvenient, and the result is absolutely meaningless. I have very unpleasant impressions of the interaction process when a problem occurs.

Positive: Great location close to everything needed. The apartment was beautiful beds were super comfy and plenty of room. Staff super helpfull when left an item behind after checkout communication was on point.
