Summary: Our trip to this place was incredible. We indulged in the thrilling tree-top adventures, took a tour of the property, and even went rifle shooting. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we had the pleasure of visiting during the off-season. We managed to make use of the gym and attend yoga classes. Unfortunately, the pools were undergoing renovations, so we couldn’t access those facilities. Despite this setback, we savored some delicious milkshakes, made some smores and had a wonderful dinner at the other lodge. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Summary: We stayed on one of the cottages and it was nice. But the main hotel is lovely. Everything is there, you do not have to leave the area if you don't want to or need to. Gift shop, restaurants, activities, lobby sitting area, even things for kids, which we also used as adults. There was even live entertaining one night. Our cottage was within walking distance from the hotel, it offers a certain amount of privacy, got to see some deers so close to our cottage, it was a nice anniversary gift for us. The price was okay; around $1100, we paid half cash and the other with hotels.com gift cards. We stayed October 30th-November 2nd, and seriously thinking about going back again and maybe staying in the main hotel.

Summary: This place was absolutely beautiful. The vibe was cozy, warm and inviting. This is a hidden gem in the Poconos with so many activities for all age groups. I booked this hotel for my birthday. It was a wonderful, romantic and adventurous weekend getaway. My fiancé and will definitely be back.

Summary: Pros: Very friendly staff, various activities, family friendly atmosphere Cons: Heating/Cooling unreliable, uncomfortable beds, power outages, expensive restaurants, spa/pool was out of service when we went. Me & my partner decided to do a weekend getaway to the Poconos areas and chose this given that it seemed cozy and had various activities and things to do on site. It was a family friendly atmosphere and we generally enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. There are many activities for families to do, most are free and some are paid. The breakfast buffet at the Windsor is $25, it was really good! Aside from that we ate at The Taproom, the food was hit or miss there but we really liked the Potsticker Salad and they had a good variety of beers. It is all expensive. The power seems to go out sporadically it seems, the power went out briefly last night and staff told us it went out a couple nights ago as well. Me and my partner both had stiff necks and backs both mornings after sleeping on the beds. The HVAC was also an issue for us as it became very hot in the rooms—there is a note in the room saying that heating was only available during our season and if it got too hot, to turn off the thermostat completely, which we did but did not work. At one point, the thermostat showed the room temperature at 90° Fahrenheit. Essentially we didn’t get great sleep during our entire stay due to these reasons. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Summary: We went to the Skytop Lodge to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. What a great choice! Very upscale, yet very comfortable and not stuffy. Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff - all smiling and ready to assist you in any way that would make your stay more enjoyable. Can’t say enough positive.

Summary: We went for a getaway and enjoyed a nice peaceful stay. This location has SO much potential but seems like they are working towards it. There is so much land that could be maximized. During our stay there was construction going on as they have been renovating their pool/ hot tub area which looks like it will be nice when done. NOTE: if you go during the week the activities are limited and need to make reservations to ensure they staff it which is normal for slow days. Our stay was enjoyable and the staff was always accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our walked and guided trail tours. We will be returning. Thanks SkyTop!
