Negative: Picking up the keys from a random lock box across the street and the directions in the car park were hard to follow. The photos of the unit did not match the reality of the apartment. The unit facilities were worn and the cleanliness was questionable. The cushions on the lounge were dirty and there was not a proper bottom or top sheet on the bed. If we weren’t paying so much a night, these details wouldn’t be so prominent. Wouldn’t stay again.

Positive: Close access to where we needed to be. Unexpectedly quiet considering how close it is to the rail line and highway. Good size. Great to have full laundry and kitchen facilities
Negative: Despite detailed and accurate description by owner for how to access the key and remotes, it was very difficult to access given there was nowhere nearby to park the car to retrieve the key and challenge access to lower floors of carpark. Polyester bedding Blinds in living area don't provide blockout privacy at night. Nowhere in main bathroom to store clothes to keep dry unless on the floor.

Negative: It was a bit stuffy because of being an apartment but there was aircondiitioning and fans which helped.

Positive: The location was our main goal and that was a bonus for us the rooms were of a good size and the balcony was a bonus as well
Negative: The beds were not that comfortable and the towels were small compared to other apartments we have stayed in, getting the key was a little bit of a journey and that could have been better
Summary: A very short stay for a birthday the owner did change the apartment at the last minute due to water

Negative: Curtains didn’t go all the way to the floor. Only 1 air conditioner unit for the whole apartment which meant the bedrooms couldn’t be closed off
