Positive: The apartment was nice & clean, very well equipped and big plus is the car park. Great location with short distance to the city centre by bus. Very good communication with the host, was always available if something needed. I would recommend.

Positive: Great location, easy to get to and access, good parking and great communication from the hosts. The beds were amazingly comfortable and I really liked the shower (good water pressure and very easy to operate / change temperature etc). Good selection of kitchen equipment
Negative: The sofa in the lounge - as with most sofa beds we have encountered in similar properties, it really doesn't work as a sofa as it's really uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time! So there was only one comfy chair in the lounge and my daughter and I tended to stay in our rooms while we were in the property (which wasn't much as we had a very busy weekend). Also the fittings in the kitchen and bathroom weren't fitted very well - the side of the bath wasn't connected and one of the kitchen doors wasn't attached properly. I would have preferred sachets of normal coffee granules rather than coffee drink as I take my coffee black. These are very minor issues though and overall we were very pleased with where we stayed.
