Summary: The place was cozy and convenient. My host was amazing! I only have one suggestion, either replace the shower curtain liner or sanitize it in bleach. Other than that everything was clean and I would 100% recommend.

Summary: The unit was exactly as described. Super clean and had almost everything you could want. (My two suggestions would be to add a toaster oven and a reading light in the bedroom.) There's a 24 hour laundry a block away which is convenient, and a Target a short walk from the property too. There's tons of street parking if you have a car. Only complaint was the insane amount of barking dogs the first night I was there. But otherwise would definitely recommend this place and will try to stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Summary: I loved almost everything about this little private home. The street parking was ample and I never had to walk far, the host was communicative and helpful, the private entrance really was private, they provided everything we needed and even some unexpected things. Noise Note: there was dog barking that was petty loud, I think it came from nextdoor but close proximity. I wasn't bothered by it, but I'm not a light sleeper. I could hear it from inside the shower, with the water running, and with the bathroom door closed. Not much to do about it though, I don't think, just something to be aware of. There were nightstands on each side of the bed, which was really nice, but no beside lamp. Also no extra blankets. Not a big deal, I'll bring a small clamp on table lamp and a spare blanket with me next time. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I'm very confident I'll choose to stay here again.
