Positive: The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful not only for walking to the Bluebird, but also for walking to NJ Health, a selection of small restaurants, and the Botanic Gardens. The neighborhood is quiet and shady — perfect for leaving the car behind and stepping out on foot.
Negative: I would have loved to have a small cooktop as well as the microwave.

Negative: Our age! The stairs were difficult for us to maneuver. The exterior had no lights so we had to use our cell phones. The upper staircase could use a railing.

Positive: The location was perfect for walking distance to many locations, but most importantly it was near my doctors and healthcare facility.
Negative: There was no control for the force air heating. It was way too hot at night and the unit was very loud when it clicked on and while running. And, it ran almost continuously during the last two nights of our stay. It would have been nice to have had a toaster and electric kettle to make a proper cup of tea.

Positive: Location (close to National Jewish Medical), clean, parking available, friendly staff, nice neighborhood. Overall a nice place but, a little overpriced!
Negative: A few lamps for reading would be nice. Some curtains over some of the windows for privacy would be appreciated.

Negative: Too bright, needs table lamps in TV and sleeping areas. People living upstairs were very noisy. Heavy walking/talking and loud banging of things being dropped.
