Negative: The TV was blocked from using most of regular apps by the owner (?) placing parental controls on it which are password protected. Couldn't even watch normal newscasts.
Summary: The site worked well for a family reunion which occurred less than a half mile away.

Positive: The condo was very conveniently located for our purposes. Or was spacious and clean. The master shower was very nice. Large and great water pressure.
Negative: We were not provided the access codes to use the wifi although it was listed in our welcome paperwork as being available. We could not get in contact with the person noted for such things in our paperwork. We tried several times and no call back. Additionally there were very few dishes in the kitchen and the pillows were thin and very hard in the master. It was a disappointing stay.

Positive: It was clean & easy to access even with getting in town at 8pm.
Negative: We had to strip all bedding to be washed but it seemed very dusty upon arrival. The bed was uncomfortable in both rooms & bedding seemed old. Not being able to adjust ac/heat temperature might be normal but it was inconvenient with a infant.
Summary: It was suitable for our short stay but wouldn't stay again.

Positive: If your a travel sports parent, participating at the big house i definitely recommend this area. The room give you privacy from the kids. The community is very quite and 4 minutes from the big house. A couple restaurants in the area. You can't be this deal.

Positive: Condo was very clean, well equipped with washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. There was no coffee maker in the unit so we had to go out for coffee. The kitchen has dishwasher, refrig with ice maker, oven and stove (which we did not use). We were not aware when we booked the unit that the owners wanted the unit to be vegetarian, would have preferred knowing that ahead of time, as we are not vegetarians and would have found another booking. As it was, we ended up eating most of our meals out (somewhat difficult with hurricane/weather issues) to comply. Unit had very large tv in living room, no tvs in bedrooms. Remote was challenging to figure out as there were no instructions. Ceiling fans have lights and all are controlled by remotes. Lots of storage space and great bathrooms.
Negative: Prior notice that owners wanted us to be vegetarians while in the unit. Coffeemaker or notice that there wasn't one in the unit. No instructions on how to use tv remote. No TVs in the bedrooms. The smaller bedroom did not have a lamp just overhead light in the ceiling fan.
Summary: Very clean condo, area was very quiet.
