Beautiful 3,400 sq ft Condo sleeps comfortably up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms with 10 comfy large beds.. Original Art Deco building in an amazing neighborhood with great food and parks all within walking distance. We are in a central location near Forest Park, The Hill and more. 10 Beds, 2 Full Baths, 5 large bedrooms with an amazingly large Main Room and Dining room for everyone to gather. Large Kitchen stocked with everything you for Groups, Business Travelers, Families and more.... Parking is easy its on our Private Drive just outside the main building entrance.....Our Neighborhood is the most quaint street in St Louis City. We are in the safest zip code too we have incredible food, parks, ice cream & sno cones all within walking distance or within 1/4 mile drive.

Summary: Plenty of room for our family of seven so this location can easily accommodate a larger group. This is an older building but very clean, quiet, and felt safe with the location. We are looking forward to staying again in a few weeks. Easy to communicate with property owners.

Summary: This location was a best fit for our needs. My family lives close by which made getting my elderly father and aunt there easy. The condo was spacious and provided seating for entertaining and dining. The living room was a great space for my young grandchildren and visiting nieces and nephews. The bedroom locations provided for privacy. The only setbacks were the dark lighting in the kitchen and the stairs to our floor (12 steps in a back entry-manageable but cumbersome for unloading & loading). We appreciated Gavin letting us use the front entry for my elderly family members. Otherwise, it was a perfect fit for our needs. We really enjoyed hosting Thanksgiving for my family for the first time-it was a bucket list item completed!
