Summary: My husband and I took a trip to Colorado to get married, all of our friends came with us. We are big on side by sides and razors! We love silverton but hate the loading and unloading process everyday. This was perfect! We had the best 4 days, can’t wait to come back!

Summary: We arrived at the property and were amazed at the location with such magnificent views. The kitchen was great and two fridges for our food. Great counter space. The large family room was awesome. We brought our own movies as we knew no internet or cell phone service was available. The owner also had movies. Bedrooms were nice. We had ages of 1 year old' 5 year old' a teenager' and grandparent who is 80 years old. All of us lived it. The ease of being able to ride our ATV'S without loading them was the best benefit. Mark Weber is amazing to work with and very kind and accommodating. We will be back.

Summary: Due to a local law change concerning OHV not allowed in Silverton Colorado this property is excellent. We were able to ride our OHV’s from the property no need to trailer or paid fee’s to park our trailers. The property has everything you need coffeepots, gas grill, and plenty of cooking utensils. We had 10 people in our group and the property had plenty of room to accommodate us. I will definitely stay here again.
