Negative: We went during a snowstorm and couldn’t park in the street out front. Had to park on a side street. No heat in the bedroom had to use a fan tonpush heat from the living area.

Summary: Absolutely would stay here again. Loved it.

Positive: Location is great and super easy access with parking out front. Nice Colorado and movie decorations. Loved being next door to Bear Coffee which was great too.

Negative: Not the fault of Frenchman but we had a tough time sleeping through the night due to a rather loud party or group of people gathering in the alley/street behind the property. Was pretty rowdy until 2AM. Thought the room could have been a little cleaner especially the bathroom where we found some hair on floor and in drain. Still though a great property and fairly priced.

Summary: Great location in middle of town with nice Colorado feel.

Positive: Everything was perfect! The owner was a fast responder, the bottle of wine with the snacks he left for my Mom for her birthday, the location was ideal, and the real log fireplace was a HIT! Thank you soooo much for our wonderful stay! I would stay again in a heartbeat!
