Summary: The room itself was ok.. Tv can be updated.The carpet and sofa could use a deep cleaning as well. I didn't like the fact the staff said u couldn't have guest.. That was strange to me.. I was visiting from out of town so I do catch up with old friends when I visit Jacksonville. Even when I doordashed they wouldn't allow the delivery to drop my food off to my room.... The amount of money I paid I feel as if I could have had a better stay experience. I wanted to utilize the pool..it was open but full of leaves sadly... Overall I rate this hotel a 1 star.. Not to mention some of the rude staff... Personally my experience wasn't the best but I know I won't book there again.

Summary: Check in was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean,well appointed, comfortable bed., comfortable temperature. Nice breakfast options. We would definitely stay here again

Summary: Front desk staff was super friendly, other than that, the room had a very bad smell, I had to request to be moved to a different room, which still had a smell, but not as bad. The carpet is very worn and dirty. I've stayed at other Sleep Ins hotels that are not as bad as this one. This place definitely needs some attention from its management.
