The perfect combination of living inside and outside. A beautiful decorated loft up to 3 guest. This place is welcoming you home with it's personal touches, beautiful outside lounge and dining area with barbecue. From this big rooftop terrace you have spectacular views into the valley of Sant Daniel and you can even see the Cathedral.
This loft is unique, romantic and relaxing. It is a 3rd floor walk up (with lovely views from the stairway) in a building of 3 loft apartments. The loft sleeps 3 people in its open space - there is a queen bed in the bedroom area and a single bed in the living room area (which doubles as a couch by day). It has a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, double sink, refrigerator and freezer. There is a Brita water filter, coffeemakers, all pots, pans and skillets necessary for cooking and baking, and dishware and cutlery. The bathroom is wood paneled and tiled, the walk-in shower has a window overlooking the beautiful garden below. There are ample bath towels and a hairdryer. A private clothes washer and dryer as well as clothes drying rack are also available. Behind the large wood headboard is a walk-in closet with shelves, hangers, a laundry hamper and extra pillows and blankets.
There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom area with DVD player and a large selection of videos as well as a CD/radio which can also be used on the terrace. The loft is very well insulated and comfortable in any weather, with excellent air circulation and the ceiling light in the bedroom area also has a fan for both summer and winter use. A welcome handbook awaits you with useful phone numbers, restaurant tips, day trip suggestions, etc.
The views and privacy of this loft make it a very special living experience, it is the favorite of my pro-cyclist guests!
This building has been remodeled by the owner (and her Polish worker extraordinaire) with a sustainable, up-cycling philosophy, creatively re-using materials whenever possible. It has been a true labor of love (and patience) and these sentiments continue to permeate the walls and spaces within. The exceptionally positive response from LOFTS Sant Daniel guests over the past years has been rewarding and gratifying.
The Terrace:
The rooftop terrace is 100 square meters (1,076 square feet!) and features a stylish "chill out" area with outdoor couches and 2 large tables, plenty of chairs, lounge chairs for sunbathing, outdoor shower, a Weber BBQ, built in sink and most importantly, the most spectacular views of the Cathedral, the Sant Feliu church, nearby mountain ranges and on a clear day, the Pyrenees. The views are really wonderful. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of Spanish wine, manchego cheese and "embotits" before dinner. Or fire up the grill for dinner and enjoy all evening long. And then enjoy it again the next morning at breakfast!
The beauty of this loft and the extraordinary terrace and views make it a very special living experience, and the favorite of my pro-cyclist guests!
