Positive: Our favorite thing about the stay was the location. You could call it the heart of the city. We didn’t use public transportation at all, only when going to the airport. Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The staff were very kind. We’d especially like to thank the hotel staff member who helped us carry our luggage upstairs. We also had a brief chat with the hotel owner. They were very kind people. We used the coffee machine for free. There was also a microwave to heat up our food. I highly recommend it.

Positive: Nice location along Niederdorf with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Close to Christmas Markets. 10-12min walk from the main station and bus terminal for GYG tours. The amenities are helpful for budget traveler like me.

Negative: No luggage storage before check-in time and after check-out time. Had to go up and down the stairs to use the microwave, washer and coffee machine. No lift.
