Positive: The location to Lapland uk is perfect. The room is large.
Negative: We didn’t get the welcome email so struggled to gain access which after a long journey with a small child was very frustrating. The room when we entered was freezing cold as the radiator had been turned off. The other guests in the property were really noisy and we were woken numerous times including between 2 and 3am. There was no hot water for a shower. There wasn’t any plates/ bowls/ cutlery etc.
Summary: It was fine for one night to go to Lapland but won’t be staying again.

Positive: The location was perfect for where we wanted to be A suburban area Very nice and quiet Seemed very respectable Great communication from the owner
Negative: Well it was surface clean The skirting boards and round the radiators weren’t clean all with so many other places some cleaners think they can get away with The cleaners didn’t do the job they were expected to do and as a professional cleaner I know what I am talking about Some of the chipped crockery And when we tried to cook a breakfast for the 5 of us there was one pan A small frying pan The bed ,in the smallest bedroom , headboard banged against the wall when the 2 year old moved a leg let alone the adult trying to turn over The lounge furniture had seen better days Non of us had any signal in the apartment and the WiFi wasn’t working…luckily my daughter managed to fix this We originally booked a hotel and was offered this by the owner of both & with a 2 year old we thought it would be better Even though I had explained to the owner we were only able to stop for the one night out of the two we had to pay for we were still charged an extra £20. But 5* and the little one not disturbing a hotel full of people seemed better as we were to arrive quite late but I wish I had done the hotel where I didn’t have to clean up after myself and the others as I hadn’t expected that at the price I had paid Especially as the it wasn’t 5* in any respect
Summary: Fair to middle but I wouldn’t pay that price again

Positive: The location for Lapland was excellent and was in a quiet cul-de-sac on a large estate with plenty of deee available parking around. It was warm and comfortable with everything you need for an overnight family stay and the host was amazing.
Negative: Only a small thing really but the 4pm check is quite late on in the day. That said, you can check in earlier but there’s a £15 charge for each hour prior to 4pm which isn’t made clear on the initial booking and so it can add to the cost when comparing costs on places to stay.
Summary: An exceptional host and location for Lapland and a warm and confortable family stay.
