Summary: Access at beginning of stay was a problem, the box with the keyfob was stuck and thankfully I arrived during the daytime hours because the front door was open to step inside and wait for help. It was very cold outside. I did get a fairly quick response, though I wonder if I would have later as I tried to contact the host later and didn’t hear back until early the next day. Building was dirty, room was ok. I had to climb 4 flights of stairs to the room, which I didn’t anticipate, and the second night neighbors were fighting and slamming doors, which resumed in the morning for a bit. Blinds in front of bed did not close, so unless I turned lights off, people from the parking garage in the next block could see in. To top it off, I was just charged $11 for a stained towel, which must have been a washcloth that was not particularly bright white when I used it, though I did have makeup. I did not end up saving anything over a commercial hotel and would not recommend.
