Summary: My family and I rented this property for a long weekend. We met up with other extended family who had reserved rooms at the Baymont, which made it super convenient to meet for meals, etc. as this house is super close to the Baymont hotel. It's a short trip to HW too. We had a great stay! Trish, the owner, was super easy to work with! My only wish is that it had a washer and dryer, but thats definitely not a deal-breaker by any means. There are some minor repairs that need to be made, but overall the house was just what we needed.

Summary: The rental property is in a great location, and not far from Holiday World. We had 12 people, so with air mattresses provided by the owner, we had enough sleeping room. It was a great experience, and we would do it again.

Summary: The owner is lovely, quick to respond and easygoing. There were 9 people in our group and we had a good amount of space. The house is nice and close to Holiday World. Check-in and out procedure very easy. Not a lot of frills, but overall a nice comfortable rental.

Summary: Rental was simple. We got a pass code for the front door. House was clean and comfortable. Nice yard for cornhole or other games, with an outdoor firepit. Main living area is small but adequate for our party of 9. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked with plates, cups, etc. We had some questions and there were no sheets for the fold out couch. Owner responded to questions quickly and had sheets delivered that evening. Walking distance to a Dennys and Wendy's. We stayed 2 nights around a visit to Holiday World, which was only 10 min away. The property met our needs and I would stay here again if in the area.

Summary: This property was PERFECT for our family of five during a quick Holiday World vacation. In years past we’ve stayed in a different property owned by Trish, but when it was booked this year, she was so helpful getting us into this home on days that worked. Everything is brand new and so clean. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. The home is near a main road, but surprisingly the property was so quiet and peaceful. The kids loved running around the yard and sleeping in the bunk beds. Trish was amazing to work with and so helpful. We will be back for sure!

Summary: The place was clean and only a 10 min drive to holiday world. The owner was quick to respond. There were 5 of us and had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.
