TheDaytonaPenthouse is DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN !!! No other Hi-Rises to block your view, You are walking distance to Bars and Restaurants along the beach. You are 1mi to Publix and other shopping, 2mi from Seabreeze, Main St, and Stonewoods. You are less then 6mi from Daytona Speedway and 7mi from the ALL NEW Tanger Outlets .
Rare opportunity to vacation in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story oceanfront penthouse on the 19th and 20th floors of the desirable Horizons Condo on the ''World's Most Famous Beach.'' Spectacular views from the expansive balconies on both floors. The main floor features a spacious living room and dining area, spacious renovated kitchen with plenty of work space with all glass doors open to ocean views. Bedroom with King size bed and full bath complete the main level. Wrap around balconies provide some of the most amazing views around. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 queens size beds and a private bath and the master bedroom holds a King bed and gorgeous renovated full bath. The Master Bedroom also hosts access to 2 large sundecks.
On site amenities include exercise room, sauna, community room, oceanfront pool and barbecue area.
Everything you need is in this unit. We provide a stack-able washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, bath towel, linens, fully equipped kitchen and cooking supplies, shampoo and soap dispensers for the bathrooms, soap for washer and dishwasher, high speed internet and the ocean view.
We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door from the common hallway.
Our HOA is performing exterior maintenance - concrete restoration and painting. The workers start around 8am and end at 4pm M-F. The work on my side of the building is complete so noise is minimal. You may experience noise throughout the day based on what they are doing or where they are working. Previous guests have not expressed any issues or impacts with their stays.

Summary: The condo was great. Perfect location, kitchen amazingly well-equipped, Joe responded to inquiries very quickly, the balconies were perfect for the weather that was not conducive to being on the beach. I loved all the warm fuzzy blankets to wrap up in while sitting in the balcony reading and listening to the surf.

Summary: Big shout out to Joe , he made sure the condo was ready for us 2 days after Hurricane Milton. We know he and his wife put in many hours after the storm. Joe was professional, kind and always quick to answer any questions. The condo met all our needs, very clean, spacious and especially loved the balcony all around the condo. Perfect for coffee with a beautiful view of the ocean Our family (6 adults) really enjoyed our stay. Joe, thank you again for your awesome hospitality.

Summary: Joe's place was very clean and has the most spectacular views of both the river and the ocean. We viewed pods of dolphins from our balconies even with Hurricane Debbie trying to spoil our fun. I prefer to vacation where I would be happy if I never left the rental, and this absolutely fit the bill! And when you travel with your sister and cousin, and you are all over 50, it was a delight to have our own rooms AND our own bathrooms! Joe responded immediately the one time I needed to ask a question. Great parking. I can't recommend Joe's place enough!

Summary: We loved this condo! The owner was easy to work with and the property was as described. While they had exterior work being completed, it did not ruin our time. The beach is also a little slower so easy to find a spot without crowding. If we come back to Daytona Beach again, we will definitely be rebooking the same place!

Summary: Overall the condo was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We did have a couple issues, one was the very loud construction work going on during the day, they were right outside the balcony and we could barely hear each other talk it was so loud. The other complaint was on two separate occasions we got stuck on the north elevator. Both times was only for a few minutes but felt like an eternity. I would recommend this condo to anyone, the views were amazing, I would wait until the construction is done though.
