This modern open concept home has 4 bedrooms and 1 garage converted bedroom with HVAC installed and 3 full bathrooms. The hosue is equipped with high speed internet 400 Mbps, Smart TVs in all room except for one bedroom and a smart TV in the patio, and a very entertaining big patio equipped BBQ grill, dining table set, lounging area, hot tub (fits up to 8 people), and mini-golf (putter and balls provided). There’s plenty of parking spaces (6 cars on driveway and 2 cars on the street in front of the house.)
