Summary: Great place for family gatherings, backyard in great for kids and pets. In a residential and across from industrial business and there aren’t any sidewalks for walking so the fenced in backyard comes in handy with little ones that need exercise. So close and an easy drive to grocery stores, food places and parks and venues. We loved our visit here and the manager was great to work with. All around a positive experience!!

Summary: Family in town for my Husband's birthday from Maine. It was great for everyone to have a bed and bathrooms. House was as promised, clean and plenty of room.

Summary: The accommodation was very comfortable, but the house is old and showing its wear and tear. Some repairs/improvements should be made to it. Best part, the host is very personable and easy to work with, and the location is a quick trip to downtown Greenville. The neighborhood, however, is a little below par - concrete yard across the street and older mobile home park next door. However, the home was neat and clean and worked for us - especially the large, fenced backyard for our two dogs and peaceful evening sitting under a huge oak tree!

Summary: Chad was extremely responsive and communicative. The location allowed us to travel easily to various state parks while enjoying the city. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is adequately stocked.

Summary: The location was great! Very convenient and took no time to get to any of the locations we visited. The home was very clean. Like the previous reviewer stated, there was only one tv and having more would have been nice and check out was a little early. Also, for planning purposes both baths are on the main level and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. We would definitely book again!

Summary: This property suited our family's needs during a weekend getaway to Greenville, SC to see a show at the Bon Secure Wellness Center. It was about 5 minutes away. The house is an older house but it was clean and cute. We would stay here again.
