Come and enjoy a memorable vacation in this newly built, fully furnished, 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom single family home.
The main/master bedroom has a nice soft-queen bed the remaining rooms are furnished with a nice soft double bed, 2 twins (1 with a pull out mattress) and a double sofa bed in the living room. This modern lake house can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably.
The living room is furnished with a 55incg television and mini office to accommodate for business or entertainment.
The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything.
Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxing and later watch the sunset from the dining room.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as the wineries, and water sports.
The pools and hot tubs are only open from May 01st till September 30th.
The convenience store and cafe are only open from June 01st till Aug 30th.

Summary: Our family had an amazing vacation in La Casa! The cottage has everything what you may need, very beautiful, comfortable and nice furnished. Clean, roomy and has 3 big patios. Location is just 5 minutes walk to the beach ( you don't need to drive or rent a golf car ). I wish to stay there again next year. Thanks Naomi :)

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here over the August long weekend. The place was clean, spacious, and close to the lake. We had questions about the check-in process, and our host was quick to call us and clarify. We were very pleased overall with everything!

Summary: This was our 6th time at La Casa resort and our first family trip since Covid. We booked this property 6 months in advance and were really looking forward to it. We have always stayed in different houses at the resort and have always had a great experience…until this time. Pros: (1) The La Casa resort itself is great. The pool, lake and staff are wonderful. (2) Spending a trip with family after quarantining for a year is great. (3) up until we arrived the Check in information was professional and timely. Cons: (1) The house was very dirty. The houses we stayed in before have always been professionally cleaned before we checked in. This was why we selected to stay here during a pandemic. When we arrived, it was clear that the house had not been professionally cleaned. The toilets were disgusting. Full of stains on and around, as well as other nastiness on the seats (sorry). The toiletries left on the bathroom sink were opened and half used by the previous guest. The kitchen chairs were white at some point, but very stained up and dirty. The floors were so dirty, if the kids stood on them without sandals, their feet were black. The list goes on, but to summarize the house was DIRTY. I contacted Naomi when we arrived to tell her about the state of the place, but all she said was that the cleaning company was too expensive now, so she cleaned it herself. (2) the house itself was in rough shape. The AC was broken and the house was 30’ all day and night. One day it rained and the house cooled off to 26’. Sleeping was unbearable. I let Naomi know and a handy man came out, opened it up and sprayed it with windex. Obviously, it didn’t help. When I let her know, she acknowledged it was out of coolant, but she had paid someone last year to look at it and they ripped her off without fixing it. The electrical outlets in the bathrooms didn't work, the screen doors were taped together and did not lock, the couch was broken. Again the list goes on. (3) Communication: when speaking with Naomi about the state of the house all we got were excuses. The cleaning was too expensive, the AC didn’t work because she was ripped off, the previous renters wrecked the place. None of this should have been our problem as we booked six months in advance and paid $1800 for a normal property. If you don’t want to rent your place properly, don’t advertise it. (4) the house is up for sale and the realtor brought buyers by for a tour with us there Stay away.

Summary: The place exceeded our expectations. Naiomi was great to communicate with any concearns she was great about but there were no issues. The property looked just like the photos, it’s right by the lake and the amenities were fantastic. Only downfall is the road to the resort is very windy but she did warn us. I would for sure go back and highly recommend this place and these owners. Everything worked great and was very clean!

Summary: This home was everything it said it was with a great location. Everything very well stocked and labeled made things easy to find. We LOVED the back deck with the fire table, views of the lake. Thank you for being one of the few remaining pup friendly homes to rent short term and the home itself so lovely this was a gem. We were attending a wedding in Fintry and so thrilled with this find we added extra days. THANK YOU!

Summary: This is our 9th year at La Casa, but our first year renting as we have outgrown my brother’s place. The place was beautiful. I could move in as it is lovely. It was a perfect place for our wedding!
