Positive: Brilliant modern and spacious home. Booking.com issue with key code for teh lock box but rang the owners and they were brilliant. Decent location near shops and local rec grounds to walk our dog. Great little enclosed garden for our dog too. Loved the spacious bedroom with sofa and tv too!
Negative: Beds and sofa were very squishy just a personal preference of comfort. Right near a pub so very noisy at night with windows open due to heat. Couldn’t find a tea towel!
Summary: Great spacious and modern home! Just needs a new mattress and tea towel otherwise perfect!

Positive: The property is centrally located in Standish, perfect for accessing eateries and pubs. Kitchen is well equipped. Outside rear area is nicely kitted and a good spot to sit. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. We were fortunate to get parking right outside the house, it is a busy street and not everyone will be as lucky. Dog friendly house and lots of space for them both in and outside. First time in Standish and it was a nice place.
Negative: Nothing, perfect for a one-night stay.

Positive: The house was very spacious and cosy. Such a lovely bedroom and kitchen area. Really nice place to stay, very clean and great property
Negative: No parking really in the area. Really hard to find a space. The code was wrong to get into the lockbox, but with one phone call to owner it was easily rectified within minutes. Great hosts

Positive: Great house. Very modern. Had everything we needed and then some. Although we didn't have children with us they were well equipped for when children stay. The back garden was set up well and had a cozy feel.

Positive: The property is central in Standish within walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. The property smelt clean, was warm and comfy. Lovely back garden for your pooches that looks lovely lit up at night. Shout out to the owner who allowed us an early check in and was quick to respond 😁.
Negative: There is a small fridge freezer in the kitchen which wasn’t big enough for our food for a long weekend. The bed in the main bedroom, whilst comfy is small.
