Positive: The house was very comfortable location was very good ice cream on the corner was great
Negative: It would help if someone put extra blankets and the top of one of the closets that would be a bonus now if someone is in the kitchen there is no way to go out onto the screen porch and if you're out on the screen porch and someone's in the kitchen there is no way to get back into the house unless you walk around or the ask them to move out your way to where you can get through but still I'm not going to put the house down because of that only thing I've seen was extra blankets in the closet would be great

Positive: Everything was clean and new except for the floors. The bed was very comfortable. Location was great, 1/2 block to the bay beach.
Negative: The wooden floors were in terrible condition. They need to be replaced. And the floors are not all even levels which for seniors is a big trip hazard.
