Welcome to our cozy condo, nestled in the woods on Peek ‘n Peak 4-Seasons Resort. Located slope side on run twenty-four, Greenwood Forest Trail. This clean and pristine space sleeps 8; two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (1 king), (1 queen, 1 full) plus a pull-out sofa bed along with a half bath. The living room is warmed by a cozy fireplace, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the back balcony offers an amazing view of the woodsy countryside.
Our goal is for you to feel at home while visiting! It is our pleasure to provide a Keurig (coffee, tea, cocoa, creamer, etc.) additional food staples such as peanut butter, jelly packets, condiments, and bottled water. We will also provide all the essentials needed such as utensils, dish and cookware. The unit contains a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. We will happily provide laundry detergent, dish washer cleaner and bath essentials. Fresh linens will be provided at the time of your arrival, along with bath towels and wash cloths.
This unit is privately owned, and we are 100% committed to providing you an enjoyable stay.
Now on to the fun part… Peek ‘n Peak is a jewel where you can be entertained or sit fireside with a good book. Clymer NY is situated in the snow belt and boasts an average of 180 inches of snow yearly as well as having the ability to make their own powder!
The Peek is minutes away from Findley Lake, Lake Chautauqua, Lake Erie, Northeast Wineries, 2 Casinos and the Allegheny National Forest.
WINTER FUN: Peek ‘n Peak offers 26 trails and slopes of varying difficulty levels and 5 separate terrain parks. Snow tubing (with lunar lights and music after dusk) offers a thrilling experience for kids of all ages. You can take ski or snowboarding lessons too!
Sore after a long day of skiing? Try out the indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool! Or visit the full-service spa located at the main chalet just down the hill.

Summary: The condo was great, extremely clean and perfect for 8 guests. Brian was able answer any questions we had right away. The condo was filled with snacks and k-cups for coffee which was very nice. It’s a 2 minute drive up to the top of the lifts or 2 minutes down to the lodge. I’d definitely stay again!

Summary: For the first time in the 5 years we have stayed at PknPk for MLK weekend, we did not have great snow. This is not the owner's fault, however. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped -- in fact, probably the best equipped condo of the dozen or more we have stayed in throughout the country. We immediately felt at home from the moment we stepped inside. Thank-you, Brian, for your great hospitality. Hope to rent from you again next year.

Summary: This is the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The pictures are very accurate. The deck looking towards the trees was very nice. The owner made himself available and communication was excellent. There were so many little extras provided by the owner that really made this condo special. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: Stop scrolling and book this property. I stayed here with my spouse and 2 kids. It was perfect for us. The condo has an amazing view and was impeccably clean. We were very appreciative of the stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. Kids were hungry after a long drive and were thankful for the snacks provided. The cook in our group was quite pleased with the small appliances and pantry staples. The owners were excellent to communicate with and have put in a lot of thoughtful touches. This booking will not disappoint!

Summary: Do not hesitate in booking this home away from home! My friends and family had a great time in this clean and cozy property. The difference between something good and something great is the attention to detail. This place was GREAT as they provided everything to make you feel right at home, from soaps of all kinds to KPods to band-aids.
