Summary: Very beautiful, relaxing and attentive staff. I got the Elite package, I recommend it for people who enjoy the spa as it comes with 1 day pass for their beautiful spa, and an assigned butler that helped with reservations to all the restaurants we wanted (amazing food at Caracol and Union) Also comes with in room dining which was convienent. A lot of bars to check out, such as a cigar bar, speakeasy, sports bar and more! I absolutely loved that we had day beds by the pool and beach reserved for Elite guest. We are definitely planning on going back, might skip on the Elite package next time due to the price but definitely worth it. The staff was simply amazing!!

Summary: Although the property is beautiful and food amazing the service staff was severely lacking. Most members feel bothered any time you ask for anything. Nobody wants to actually service you apart from a handful of people. At a restaurant the sommelier was very pushy for us to buy a bottle of wine as an upsell and when we said we are happy with the house wine his response was ‘ok if you’re ok with not great tasting wine’ which we were a little taken back by. The table next to us picked a bottle to which he responded oh that’s a cheap one pick a better wine’ definitely not what one would expect. At the adult pool bar we would ask for drinks and rather than giving us what we ordered they kept making up their own concoctions which we didn’t want and after many tried they would then give us what we wanted. In the coffee shop they were rude about the coffees too as if we are inconveniencing them by coming in. All in all a beautiful resort. Delicious food and variety but the lack of service really pulls it back. There is also no real entertainment for adults and the resort is completely like a ghost town after 10. We also found that restaurants and bars would shut down earlier than advertised for lunch and dinner. They would stop serving and close up to an hour before advertised.

Summary: First time in Cancun and I think the resort was beautiful. I think it could offer some more options for food during the day such as a lunch buffet. I also wish there was entertainment during the day and more entertainment at night as most resorts have. The pools were beautiful. I think they should think about switching the electronic dance music that blares at the pool every day to a mix of all types of music. The staff was great - especially Rodrigo at the twiggy pool bar. Rooms were attended to daily and the rooms were amazing. Very nice stay.
