Summary: When we arrived there was a stench from garbage on porch. Also, air conditioner was not sitting in window properly. Property manager did show up promptly when called. Property has peeling paint on porch steps and siding. Common areas need weeding. Brand new grill, but no utensils to grill with. Also, this is very small unit. Bed occupies about 80 percent of bedroom. Futon is living room is lopsided. In short, this could be cute place with work. It w/b okay for a weekend rental for 2 which is what sticker on door from Seaside Park says, but it is very tight.

Summary: Brought my girlfriend here for a weekend for her birthday, was a short distance to the beach and boardwalk. Didn’t have to drive at all during the duration of our stay. It was clean and easy to check in and out of, 10/10 would stay again.

Summary: Ran into an unexpected snafu and the Manager/owner was more than responsive & accommodating. Could not ask for more attentiveness. Highly recommended.

Summary: Owners were extremely easy to deal no issues there. However, the unit we received was not the one that was advertised to us and there was only a small a/c unit in the bedroom that did absolutely nothing to cool this place down. It was a nightmare. As owners you should be ashamed to put humans in here in the summer. Your place is a hotbox and is completely unacceptable. You must get central air installed. We had to run from bedroom to bathroom to get ready and to top it off there is no mirror in the bedroom to use to get ready. Just horrible, no thought whatsoever as to what would be experienced staying here. This was a big fail for me. You have some fixing to do!

Summary: Property was clean and cute but totally uninhabitable. The non-shaded skylight sent the temperature up to mid- nineties in the tiny living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom had a tiny AC unit that could barely cool the 7’x7’ room with the queen bed requiring one sleeper to climb over the other in order to get out of bed. A previous review listed these shortcomings but I did not imagine they were this bad.

Summary: Location is great, short walk from the bay and you can watch beautiful sunsets. The host was very reachable and answered back promptly. It does get a bit hot inside with only 1 AC in the bedroom however there are fans to help. Kitchen is small but we ate out mostly.

Summary: This property is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood with street parking and was walking distance from the beach. The place itself was kept clean but small and hot, except for the bedroom which had an AC. There is no central air and thermostat is only for heating, which read nearly mid 80s while we were there (hotter inside than outside during the week we stayed). This should have been mentioned in the listing as I’m not sure this place was worth the price because of it. I’m giving it an overall rating of 2 because the last thing we want on a hot beach day is to come home to a hot beach house.

Summary: Great location for a nice beach stay. Clean and comfortable bedroom for my daughter and I to stay. Property manager was great at answering all questions quickly. The AC is in the bedroom, which kept the room cool but the living area was around 80 degrees with two fans and ceiling fans on. But would stay again at this location.
