Summary: The house is definitely cozy. The Kitchen and ammenties were sparse and only a loveseat in the living room with a couple of hard chairs. Bedrooms were good sized and comfortable. The house could use a little work with the TVs offered, an information sheet for wifi and other instructions. The worst part was the water, which made the stay a poor stay. The water had a high sulfur and iron content, which made the water smell like rotten eggs. We did not want to shower and used bottled water to brush our teeth. The homeowner should spend a little money to get a water softener, new ceiling fans, TVs and finish the painting and repairs. Also repair the entry door, as the latch would not engage and the door would stick. We didn't use the kitchen appliances, but they looked nice and new, as well as the laundry. The house just needs some TLC and a decorator to give it a softer touch and more homey. I doubt we would stay again in the current condition.

Summary: The location of the property was fine. And the neighborhood was quiet. If the freezer stove/oven, and pots/dishes was cleaned and the outside trash wasn't filled to the rim. It would've been a perfect stay. Pricing was perfect! The other part of the house was clean. And it's not to far from shopping centers.

Summary: Home is comfortable for 4 people, easy access to highway, good proximity to the event we attended. Entry door needs new lock set as the door knob would not turn. The keyless entry unlocked the deadbolt just fine but the door knob was difficult to turn therefore causing the door to stick and truly took effort to open.
