Summary: I checked in around 10:30pm on 8/26/25 was assigned to one room on the 3rd floor as soon as I got into the room I started to turn on the lights, a few of the lights didn’t work so I went down to the front desk to let the respectful, kind and polite lady know and she immediately put me in another room on the same floor. I got into the second room and started turning on the lights over the bed the lights started flickering bad plus spider webs were hanging with 2 spiders which was webbed across the bed so I went back to the front desk and told her about the second room. She immediately asked me to have a seat while she went to look into another room so I did. She came back and told me about another room which was Room# 3 she gave me the key card on the same floor she was still polite, kind, apologetic, and respectful so I went up to get settled. Even in my 3rd room the lights were flickering but I was so tired by 12AM that I did not want to bother the Front Desk Clerk Again, so I just recorded a video.

Summary: Staff were friendly during first night and breakfast was good. I didn’t like being asked to leave the lobby area at 10pm. We were being quiet, just didn’t want to sit in our room since we were staying 3 nights. Never been asked to leave the common area at any hotel we have stayed and we travel a lot for our son’s golf tournaments. Overall happy with the rest of our stay.

Summary: I was in town for a wedding and chose Comfort Inn and Suites due to the proximity to the wedding. I ha not stayed at a Comfort Inn in several years. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also very good.

Summary: The room was spacious and very clean, no funky smells. I really appreciated that they had magnets that you could place outside of the door to alert staff that pets were in the room.
