Positive: Came stocked with everything we’d need for our trip (including coffee 😉), plenty of towels and was clean and comfortable inside. The property was easy to get to and the immediate area had lots of shops and amenities where we were able to get hot breakfast and any supplies we needed within walking distance. The host was very communicative and made me feel reassured and at ease. She answered any questions I had promptly and professionally. Locals were very friendly and for the price you really can’t go wrong with this apartment ♥️

Negative: It’s quite far out of Nottingham city centre for those who don’t drive like us, so we have to spend a lot of additional money on transport to and from. You need an app to let yourself in and out of the building. This isn’t a complaint as I was the one who decided only I would have the app, but it did leave me a bit anxious my phone might run out of charge and I’d be locked up the room. My suggestion for other guests is to make someone else have the app too as backup

Positive: everything you needed in apartment and in the area Lauren was very helpful if a problem arose. I've already booked again..the apartment is beautiful and the building beautifully decorated.

Negative: difficult to find location. ttlock app didn't work but Lauren answered phone and let us in manually code wise over the phone..we paid for parking elsewhere as stated on website but actually there is onsite free parking. had bit of trouble with TV channels saying no signal. I think these minor issues will get sorted once they are aware of them.

Positive: A good location tucked away at the back of the high street and also easy for Uber drivers to find. Plenty of little bars and places for breakfast etc nearby and around £12 Uber ride into Nottingham. The apartment was cosy and very clean. We had a lovely card and small gift on arrival which was a nice touch. Our host was very quick to answer any questions we had.

Negative: We didn't use the TV much but this is just set up for Netflix and not terrestrial or satellite TV.
