Just a few steps to quaint shops and restaurants, stroll along the Illinois river, or check out the retro movie theatre. 25 minutes to downtown Peoria's Civic Center or an 18 minute drive to Grand View Drive in historic Peoria Heights where you'll find more attractions and places to eat!
The space
Super clean,1 bed studio apartment in a 5 unit historical building. Space includes a full bathroom and kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Help yourself to a variety of coffees, juice, water, snacks, breakfast bars and oatmeal. A dresser and closet allow ou to unpack and make yourself at home. Included is a wall mounted table for dining or work purposes. A large smart TV provides entertainment.
