Summary: The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. It is close to Kings Island. We also went to the Aquarium which was a 30min drive away. We had a nice stay and the property is well maintained.

Summary: The home was a perfect base for us as we were visiting family nearby for several days. We all felt right at home and everything we needed was to hand. We found that the house stayed easily cool enough for us set at 72 degrees, especially with the window A/Cs in the two upstairs bedrooms further cooling those hotter rooms. Highly recommended.

Summary: Property was very nice. It was clean. A/C worked well. No real issues at all. Its not far from lots of businesses but it takes a bit to get anywhere though. Lots of windy curvy roads. Not sure there was a straight road in the area :-)

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Shellie Property! Everything was just what we needed in a place to come home to after visiting family, friends and a wedding not far from Loveland. The only tricky part was finding the hidden drive/location in the dark, which was described in the promotion of the house (it also didn't help that there was a road closure/detour) but we figured it out and was much easier to find in daylight. We will definitely come back to stay again and have already referred others to this location as well!

Summary: The house was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is a little far out, but that was nice because it was very quiet and peaceful. There is a large yard and deck for being outside. Our family was able to spend time together and still have enough room for our own space. The owners were easy to deal with and were helpful. The town of Loveland was close enough that we were able to go in and enjoy meals, walk around and check out shops and even enjoy a 4th of July parade and fireworks. All in all, a very nice visit and place to stay. I would definitely concern staying there again.

Summary: We had 4 ladies stay, and it was amazing! Very clean with a beautiful deck to sit out and enjoy nature! The roads leading to the house were winding, but the scenery on the drive in was awesome! Loveland is a nice quaint town with cute shops. We will definitely stay here again on our yearly trip to King's Island!

Summary: We were 3 adults and 2 children. The house was perfect for our needs. The yard is peaceful and restful and the kids loved exploring. Sitting on the deck in the evening watching the fireflies was magical. We never used the tv or board games, but it was nice they had them. We did cook in the kitchen several times and enjoyed eating together as a family. Appreciated how quickly the owners answered questions we had before our arrival.We split our time between Cincy and Dayton and this location worked well. Recommend for a relaxing stay out of the city bustle. Would stay again if we make this same trip again. And plan more time just to explore Loveland. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us and we wish you all the best in the future!

Summary: We has a great week in your house. The kitchen could use a few tupperware containers. It was nice that there were 2 bags of ice in the freezer. Also the owners were on the property to do some lawn work one afternoon and maybe they should wait until there in no one staying there.
