Adorable home in the heart of Loveland, within walking distance of bike trail and restaurants. Whether you're in town visiting family or for fun, it makes for a perfect quiet retreat from the day. The space
Our space is a definitely a classic (built around 1872), but has been updated with all new appliances, fresh paint and love. Although we are not there full time, it is still our home many times throughout the year so it is full of character and personal touches.
It has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed.
In addition to the bedrooms and other living spaces, there's also a comfy loft space upstairs, a wrap around porch and fenced in yard.
It's nestled near the heart of downtown Loveland within walking distance to the trail, restaurants and parks.

Summary: My family was in town for my nephew’s wedding in historic Loveland. Victoria’s home is conveniently located and walking distance to downtown Loveland and the rail trail. House worked well for 5 adults. Our 2 doodles enjoyed the large fenced backyard. Extremely clean and communication with host was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This place was a wonderful old home with so much character! 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath gave us all enough space that 5 people were not on top of one another. The back yard was large and my in-laws dog had plenty of room to get out her energy. It is backed up to woods so the view was spectacular! I have already recommended this place to a ton of parents for when we have to go back each year for competitions!
