Positive: Glen went out of her way to cater for our stay, nothing was too much trouble and her attention to detail was exceptional. The little extras she supplied was a real treat. The facility was very clean and comfortable and beyond our expectations. The included breakfast was one of the best we have experienced during our 4 week holiday 😋
Negative: Due to the warm weather, we had the doors open, so a lot of flys and bugs entered the room. However, it is a working farm with livestock, so this will be expected
Summary: So welcoming and Glen went out of her way to make our stay extra special.

Positive: The whole experience at Smithfield Farm was excellent. We were provided with home made cake every day which was a bonus plus we have to say that the breakfast was exceptional. We will book there again if we ever return to that area.

Positive: Everything, the Meadow Suite was absolutely breathtaking, the decoration, the facilities, the view and Glen went above and beyond to make sure your stay was wonderful. It’s the first place I’ve ever been too where I didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was out of this world and Glen even left homemade cake in room with all different teas and coffee. You actually felt like one of the family and the sheepdogs and cat were just adorable. The outlook from your room was out of this world and the room was so clean and well equipped. When can I go back!!!

Positive: We were amazed at the effort that was made to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The extra little touches added by the hosts were classy. I won't spoil the little surprises by revealing what awaits you as a guest at this B&B. The room and en suite facilities are spotlessly clean, you won't find better. They have a novel way of presenting breakfast in your room that works perfectly. We had a fully cooked English/Welsh Breakfast, delicious. I have never met the hosts before and we only stayed one night, just the nicest of people.
Negative: It is tricky to find the location which is a working farm but with a good Sat Nav it will work out. The farms friendly sheep dogs were first to greet us on arrival.
Summary: I wasn't expecting this, what a pleasant surprise.
