Patio doors leading to a private locked garden with table and chairs for 6 guests plus bench table and seating. Garage bike storage, Off road parking for up to 3 cars and ample on road parking for more cars. From Hall stairs leading to bedroom's (baby gate available) bedroom 1 with single bed and wardrobe, bedroom 2 with double bed -with en-suite comprises shower, sink and toilet this bedroom is not the master bedroom, in addition master bathroom with bath and over shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom three; large sunny room with kingsize bed, vanity sink. window looking over the tree lined street. Bedroom 4 with single bed. The property is spacious and ideal for families , couple's and business guest's shower towels and bedding provided along with 2 large beach mats. Property cleaned before and after departure . All cleaning products provided including washing liquid , dishwasher tablets and lots more provided. For 2 week stay cleaning available on request.

Summary: Great location, easy access to beach, shops and North Wales Expressway for Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. Quiet cul-de-sac, garden & plenty of parking space. Lovely, comfortable, well-appointed house, with quality refurbishment. Fully equipped kitchen. Ensuite shower a bit cramped, shower over bath in main bathroom. Plumbing efficient and quiet! Online listing doesn't fully do justice to the quality (although the price is an indicator.) We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Summary: What a lovely house - great location within walking distance of Rhyl Town Centre. Good amenities within the house, lovely family accommodation, fantastic kitchen, dining and living room area - all mod cons. Very helpful hosts and easy to contact should you need it. Double and single bedrooms have slightly outdated furniture but that doesn’t affect the comfort offered and outside the house needs a lick of paint and some TLC to keep it tidy and worth the price.

Summary: Had a lovely stay in Smitten cottage , It was a great base for a lot of North Wales we visited so many places. Cottage is clean and has a real homely feeling with lots of home from home touches.

Summary: I can’t rate this property and the host Joanna enough it was brilliant. Joanna was very helpful the welcome pack was very detailed, she sent information of places to eat and things to do whilst there and knowing we had children was very thoughtful and sent an extra message recommending a place we may like to visit. The property was extremely clean, the garden which was secure for the children and helpful having the use of the garage to store beach stuff whilst there. Very well thought out so was equipped with everything you may need. Able to walk to the beach, pub and local attractions but also lots of other attractions a stones throw away with a short drive. We had a brilliant time and would defiantly return and visit the house again. So thank you Joanna

Summary: The property was beautiful. Very comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of the beach/shops. Communication with the owners was fantastic.
