Positive: The staff were excellent! The breakfast was great, large buffet.
Negative: I did not like the location, very isolated, but.a couple of restaurants where you can eat. I would not stay in this location for more than 1 night, and I personally would not stay in this location again. In the room there was a problem with my toilet not always flushing. Even after they came to fix it, the toilet did not always flush.
Summary: Good service, but not a great location for tourists.

Positive: The receptionists were extremely helpful. I had limited mobility and they all helped with my luggages. The garage is convenient. We had a wonderful room with sea view. The location is excellent with good restaurants at walking distance. The hotel is close to the beach and my daughter had a nice swim.
Negative: One elevator got broken and we had to use the bridge to reach our room and it was a bit shaky.
Summary: Wonderful stay in Ostia!
