The apartment has double exposure and 2 terraces, one is facing the sea and serves the bedroom and the living room..The other one, livable, 25 sqm. is accessible from the kitchen, covered with awnings, against the sun,and is equipped with table, chairs and sunbed.The furniture is modern with excellent finish.From his terraces, you can enjoy a sea view and admire the marine sunsets enjoying a good dinner in the summer evenings.
COMFORT: The apartment, for the comfort of guests, is equipped with 37 inch flat screen TV with digital cable box,toys for children,free wifi and everything you need to stay medium / short term, as hair dryer, kitchen utensils ,washing machine, electrical oven,microwave oven,coffee machine . Summary: I assumed there would be 2 separate bedrooms...not 1 with a pullout but we were there for just the one night. Any more days and it would’ve been too small. Location is close to beach and many dining and shopping locations as listed. Owners were very helpful with checking in and transportation

Summary: The apartment is located slightly away from the main tourist area which makes it feel more local. Very close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a large permanent market within walking distance. Car parking was easy and we were always able to park off road in a small car park very close to the apartment. Surprisingly untouristy which is good, but maybe because it was out of season. The apartment has a large terrace which gets the sun for most of the day and there is a large table to eat meals at outside. The interior was a little tired compared to previous places we have stayed in Italy but we had no issues with anything, the WiFi worked well and the owner Marcello was very helpful and friendly. We would definately recommend staying at this apartment and when we visit Ostia, we will stay here again. Thanks Marcello!
