Positive: Love the quiet, rooms were cute very comfy. Loved the extras of complimentary lift tickets for 5-5:30pm didn't use as was smoky foggy out. Dinner was good, breakfast was great. Overall enjoyed. Waitress working in the restaurant then working the am breakfast she definitely was working hard no complaints from us.
Negative: Was mix up at front desk over our room. Was weird checked in was supposed to be king room via booking.com we received double queen I honestly didn't care when got to room as was tired hubby said nothing lol. Hour or so later we got call to front desk they had our name wrong on reservation which was odd as showed IDs at check in told them they gave us wrong room but we figured was fine well not sure who had other room but after asking if we'd switch quickly said nevermind so we went on w our evening did make sure we weren't charged twice. No hot water in room 217 where we stayed ran forever still cold.
