Summary: Overall excellent. Comfortable and cosy. Fantastic views of Snowdon and LLanberis. Elderly and people of poor mobility might have difficulty in accessing steep stairs to bedroom. Access lane very narrow. Reversing needed if meeting oncoming traffic.
