Spacious seven bedroom house available in Whitewater. This wonderful property just feet from Whitewater and Rice Lakes. Excellent location nestles among a beautiful scenery ensures a relaxing and calming experience. Great for families, couples, business men and women or adventures looking for a unique experience in a beautiful country.
The house has been remodeled with brand new floors throughout the house and a brand new open concept kitchen with granite counter-tops, great island with plenty of sitting and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with items such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, plenty other dishes and all the necessary utensils.
The main living room has plenty of seating for everyone and its is overlooking a fireplace. Five of the bedrooms with King Size beds and 2 other bedrooms perfect for kids. Bedrooms are cozy with fresh linens and new memory foam mattress.
The basement also has additional space great for entertaining. With additional seating along with pool table and poker table make the stay more fun for families that love to entertain.
This property is surrounded with plenty of privacy. There is a large front and private yard with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Summary: Had a great stay. Plenty of room. Pool was nice. Fire pit and close to the lake. Enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table also.

Summary: The lakes, pool, and house were all a treat! Lots of big spaces with activities and fun for the whole family. Biggest drawback note: the tap water is awful. Plan on bringing your own water in. Other complaint: some home touches were missing like hooks in bedrooms and bathrooms, lamps and endtables and curtains in bedrooms. Other than these this worked great for our big family get together. Good kitchen, fun pool, big yard and fire pit. Managers were very responsive to messages.

Summary: This house is fabulous for big groups. We stayed over the weekend in January and so much fun. The house is set up great and we enjoyed the ping pong table and poker table! Saw deer in the yard. This was our second stay at this house and are planning on staying again next year. Thank you!

Summary: The house was spacious enough for our extended three generation family. The location was beautiful with a large yard for the young grandchildren. The pool was large and in good condition. We didn't expect to be able to utilize the unheated above ground pool in June but the weather was warmer than usual so we took full advantage of it. A few things in the house needed some repair i.e a shower door that didn't slide and a couple sink faucets that didn't run well. The kitchen was nicely updated. Rice Lake was an easy stroll to its small beach access. We drove 5 minutes to the Whitewater Lake State Park beach which was just perfect for the young children with us. We loved sitting out on the lower patio after the kids were in bed, enjoying the beautiful evenings. Fortunately bugs were not a problem during our stay.

Summary: The property was as listed. We had 9 adults (including my 89 year old mother-in-law) and 3 small children (2 yo, 1 yo and 2 months). Great layout for our clan with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and plenty of room to spread out. Garage was a nice feature that helped with getting our mother-in-law into the house more easily. Great location next to Rice Lake and Whitewater Lake. Our oldest son brought up his boat and it was very easy to get in and out (public launch) at Whitewater Lake. We visited the local golf course and great supper club 10 minutes away.

Summary: Spacious property both inside and outside. Very clean and private. The pool was much bigger than expected and the water was crystal clear.

Summary: We had a large group of friends stay for 3 nights, the property was very big with plenty of space. The pool is bigger than the pictures show. There’s a lot to do in the house with a ping pong table, pool table and poker table. There’s a bon fire outside we didn’t get to use but we planned to. Only issue was the WiFi wasn’t working which created some issues for the kids not having their toys to play with and we couldn’t open the door at check in. Overall we had a great time, the kitchen was great , grill worked, and everyone seemed to have a good time.
